By submitting a request through this website or contacting ROXpert Care by phone or WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms.

Our Services

We provide RO water purifier repair, installation, filter change and AMC (annual maintenance contract) services in Ranchi, Kolkata, Delhi, Faridabad, for major brands including KENT, Aquaguard, Pureit, Livpure, AO Smith, HUL, Blue Star, Eureka Forbes.

Pricing

Prices listed on this website (e.g. "Starting ₹299+") are starting prices for standard visits. The final price depends on the actual issue diagnosed, parts required, and your specific RO model, and will always be shared with you for confirmation before any repair work begins.

Appointments

Submitting the website form or calling us does not guarantee a fixed appointment slot until confirmed by our team over phone or WhatsApp. We aim to respond and reach your location within 2-4 hours during our service hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, All 7 Days), subject to technician availability and your location within our serviceable areas (Ranchi, Kolkata, Delhi, Faridabad).

Warranty

Repairs carried out by our technicians are covered by a 6-month service warranty against the same defect, provided the RO unit is not opened, tampered with, or repaired by another technician in the meantime.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a service request any time before the technician is dispatched, at no cost, by informing us over call or WhatsApp.

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to service your RO unit professionally, ROXpert Care is not liable for pre-existing damage, issues arising from third-party repairs, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
